Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us or our booking partner (Lodgify). By making a booking you agree to these terms on behalf of all guests in your party.
Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before or on arrival as agreed.
We strongly recommend travel insurance. Where possible we will try to re-book cancelled nights and refund accordingly.
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive outside normal hours.
Dusky Ridges is a working farm. Guests are welcome to explore designated areas but must follow any instructions from the hosts, keep gates closed, and supervise children at all times around livestock, machinery, vehicles, and water.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a stay where guest behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or significantly disturbs other guests.
All accommodations are non-smoking. Pets and events are by prior arrangement only.
To the extent permitted by law, Dusky Ridges is not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property except where caused by our negligence.
